All prices quoted for our services are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST will be added to the final invoice upon completion of the job.
Shine Expert provides a limited warranty on headlight restoration services based on fair and reasonable assessment. Headlights exposed to corrosive substances, harsh environmental conditions, or significant wear due to high mileage or stone damage may have limited warranty coverage. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, accidents, or neglect after restoration.
All warranty repairs or claims are handled under a back-to-base warranty, meaning the vehicle must be brought to our workshop for inspection and repair. Issues arising from mobile services must also be attended to at our workshop unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
While Shine Expert aims to deliver the highest restoration quality possible, some severely oxidised, scratched, or damaged headlights may not achieve a like-new appearance. Our commitment is to restore headlights to the best achievable condition using professional techniques and materials.
Service times may vary depending on the condition and type of headlights. Our team will provide an estimated completion time prior to commencing the job.
To ensure long-lasting results, customers are advised to follow our aftercare recommendations, including avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, regular washing with mild detergent, and avoiding prolonged UV exposure when possible. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect warranty validity.
Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been approved. Accepted payment methods include cash or online transfer.
